PRIVATE PRACTICE FRONTEND REP in Morristown, Morris County, New Jersey

Overview
The Medical Institute of New Jersey (MINJ), part of Atlantic Medical Group, has a challenging/rewarding opportunity for a front end professional.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions:

• The Front End Rep will manage heavy phone volume, greet patients, schedule and confirm appointments, process referrals and pre-certs/authorizations, enter patient demographics and information, verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays and end of day cash balance, and other front end duties typical of a physician practice.
  

Qualifications
Education:

• High School Diploma required

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Prior administrative experience in a physician practice strongly preferred
• Knowledge of computer scheduling and Epic experience a plus
• Position requires one (1) evening shift a week in addition to working one (1) Saturday a month
